HPMSNJ and Seton Hall University’s MHA program created the first graduate school Case Competition in healthcare management in New Jersey in an innovative partnership which brought leading practitioners in New Jersey with high quality academics.
This partnership was featured in a national webinar series hosted by the Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Management Education (CAHME), as part of its CAHME Mentorship Circle Webinar series.
The webinar featured HPMSNJ president, Mike Slusarz, president-elect Roie Rennert, Board member and President Emeritus Elizabeth McNutt, and HPMSNJ member (and 2019 “honorable mention” participant) Tricia LaGrace. Drs. Anne Hewitt and Nalin Johri described the Seton Hall University relationship with HPMSNJ, and how the Case Competition moved from in-person to virtual in 2020.
