Jenny has a BA in English from Pennsylvania State University and a MA in English from Montclair State University.

She came to NJHA after serving as a news editor and reporter with Calkins Newspapers and United Press International. She also is president and co-founder of the 501c3 Kelly’s Heroes: Fighting Pancreatic Cancer, a member of the World Pancreatic Cancer Coalition and an appointee to the international steering committee for World Pancreatic Cancer Day each November. She holds a Master’s of Science in Communication from Purdue University and a bachelor’s in journalism from
Michigan State University.

Accomplished at strategizing, educating and leading cross-functional teams to bring about fundamental change and improvement in process efficiency and risk reduction – both as leader and expert consultant. She has a high interest in ensuring patients have an outstanding experience and has worked directly with patients and with training healthcare staff to optimize the patient experience. Keisha holds her MHA from Seton Hall University where she also serves as an adjunct professor. She is currently a Doctoral Candidate pursuing a degree in Organizational Leadership.
