On September 15, 2008 Linda McAleer, President and Founder of the Melior Group, and Woman's Way Leader of the Year Winner, led a forum on female leadership focused in health care marketing/planning. This HPMSNJ Meet-and-Greet took place at Capital Health System at Hamilton. 20 attendees were introduced to strategies that can successfully position their career in the healthcare workplace as a key member of an executive team. Linda McAleer was recently recognized with the WOMEN'S WAY Leadership Award for her involvement with women's issues and commitment to the mission and goals of that organization.
