HPMSNJ’s membership runs on a calendar year basis. Therefore, regardless of when you join, memberships expire each year on 12/31. So it’s that time again to renew your 2012 memberships in order to retain your active status, or to join as a brand new 2012 member! Membership renewal reminders are being sent out via e-mail, will appear in newsletters and will be mailed to you this year. HPMSNJ is asking for more volunteers! The only prerequisite? A desire to work with others and commitment to a task or event! We are looking for dedicated members to join committees and help plan the future of the society. We also have plenty of smaller, specific tasks that you can help out with on a one-time basis, such as helping with registration at an event or drafting a flier. Committees include special events, communications, membership, education, sponsorship and awards.

Worried that you don’t have enough experience or are new to the society? Don’t fear! You’ll be working with many of your talented peers and will always be working with an experienced committee chair who will oversee any projects.

Concerned about time? We need volunteers for tasks large and small!

Have a talent you’d like to share but are not sure what committee to join? Are you good at writing, or have a talent for design? Are you comfortable reaching out to new members or sponsors, or do you have ideas for events you’d like to share?
